Aga’s Immigration Story
Aga was born in Poland, went to law school in Cracow and Holland and she practiced law in Poland before moving to the United States. She also lived in Milan, Italy for almost two years, where she learned to speak Italian fluently. After immigrating to the United States in 2007, Aga personally experienced a lot of struggles that she is now helping her clients resolve. Although being married to an American citizen, she experienced difficulty with adjusting her immigration status and obtaining a green card. She also went through a stressful divorce. Aga knows from her personal experience what many of her clients have to go through in order to obtain their green card, work permit and citizenship, especially when money is tight and they have few people they can trust and count on. It can be very confusing, stressful and overwhelming to deal with immigration forms and procedures. One small mistake can cause you to lose a lot of money invested in filing fees. It can also cause delays in obtaining your green card, work permit, travel permit and other problems if your application ends up being denied. You can even receive a deportation notice. Adjusting your immigration status can become even more complicated and confusing when you are getting divorced or if your sponsor did not meet minimum income requirements. Having experienced all these struggles herself, Aga learned that there is a solution to almost every legal problem and having a good attorney is often what makes a difference between loss and victory.
After immigrating to Florida, Aga decided to go back to law school in Florida and become an attorney in the United States so that she could help other immigrants resolve their immigration problems and facilitate obtaining their green cards with as little stress as possible. Her goal is to provide high quality personal service at a reasonable cost where compassion meets competence. Aga is personally involved in each one of her cases and she personally works on each file from the beginning to the end. She is always available to talk to her clients directly and always promptly personally returns her clients’ calls. What Aga loves the most about her profession is helping people resolve their problems and giving them hope.
In addition to immigration matters, Aga also helps her clients with wills and trust and other estate planning documents creation, family law matters, such as divorce, prenup and postnup agreements, child support, alimony, adoptions, injunctions, wills and trusts, power of attorney, real estate law, contracts, personal injury/accidents and general civil litigation. No problem is too small or too big and there is a solution to every problem.
Historia Agnieszki
